This is my first order. Can you help arrange shipping to my country?
Yes. If you do not have your own freight forwarder, we can arrange shipping through a freight forwarder we have worked with for many years. Simply provide your delivery address, and we will calculate the shipping cost for your order.

Which water tank capacity should I choose?
A smaller tank makes the bidet more compact, while a larger tank provides more water before refilling. SORBO offers several tank capacities. Choose according to your available packing space and how much water you prefer to use.
Can I connect the bidet to a separate water bottle?
Selected SORBO models support a bottle adapter. Bottle compatibility depends on the adapter and bottle neck, so please confirm compatibility for your selected model rather than assuming it fits every bottle.
